Sean Maniuszko, CEO
Sean spent nine years as a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy, where patient outcomes and satisfaction were his top priorities. After he began investing in real estate and purchasing cabins in the Smoky Mountains, he discovered that his commitment to serving others extended beyond healthcare. Providing exceptional guest experiences became a natural extension of his passion, blending hospitality with smart investing. This realization led Sean to found EasyRes Hosting, a company dedicated to helping short-term rental owners increase their profits, while reducing operational headaches. Beyond real estate, Sean enjoys skiing, golfing, and playing ice hockey.
Vanessa Maniuszko, President
Vanessa has ten years of experience in project management, quality assurance, and process optimization within the biotechnology industry. She is passionate about streamlining and systematizing processes to optimize results and profit. Vanessa’s career in hospitality began in 2018, when she hosted guests in her vacation rental in southwest Florida. She hosted a range of guests including families on their beach vacations, snowbirds traveling for the winter, and homeowners displaced from hurricane Ian, giving her an appreciation of how she could serve others through real estate. Outside of real estate, Vanessa enjoys traveling, taking dance lessons, and spending time with her 7-month old daughter, Madison.
